Batter:

3 C flour

3/4 t salt

4 t baking powder

1 C sugar

1 1/2 C milk

2 eggs

1 T vanilla

1/2 C melted butter (for folding into prepared batter)

Topping:

1 C melted butter

1 1/2 C brown sugar

3 T flour

1 T cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing:

4 oz cream cheese

2 oz butter

1 t vanilla

2 1/2 C-3 C powdered sugar

milk to combine
